Built in 1865 by John Hankey of Naylands, it was passed down through generations, before becoming the Headquarters of the woman's land army following the outbreak of the Second World War. Today, the West Sussex nursing home, has benefited from a sensitively managed restoration, while keeping a respectful eye on the buildings remarkable legacy. The nursing home is registered to provide quality care and support for up to 40 residents, including permanent, palliative and respite care.
